Default 2003 MG ZT CDTI Spares or Repairs

It's been over a year since I took my car off the road to sort out the clutch with the intention of using it in the summer, last year I never got time to do this... Too easy to keep driving the leased micro machine, I'm now looking after my parents car for the winter too, so I thought it might be time to let the MG go... not membership I will get another in future but possibly a tourer, I love the drive.
Anyway
Spares or Repair
2003 MG ZT CDTI 170k but no problems with the engine, still quiet and no rattles, I was starting it regulalry before I removed the battery rack to bleed the clutch, which I still havent done, the car is sorn and no MOT, All the panels are straight and rust free, although it needs bled the car has only done about 4000 mile on the clutch (slave, master and clutch), i've had problems with it but I think this is more to do with the fitting than the parts. 4 Black hairpins plus 1 grey hairpin spare, all could do with refurb but in good condition. Leather/suede seats in good condition but drivers is on the verge. Cruise control works as does everything else, I removed the multichanger and head unit but I think I still have them, The car also has a Synergy2 unit fitted. It's a good solid car and I think worth £400 for spares or repair... Xenon Headlights too, it was never concours but solid and reliable apart from the clutch problems.
The photos are from when I first bought it, its now grimier through standing but thats about it, I'm about 10 mile North of Newcastle and it will need trailored.

Typically it started snowing when I took the photos so no cosmetics done.. Just the photos and uploaded through tap a talk, I hope.
The car has been stood a long time, ask any questions I will answer as truthfully as I can, the car was great to drive and in time I will be buying a tourer but i've little time and money at the moment to do what needs to be done with this one, I did get pulled over a few month after getting it for Driving too slow 56mph..
