Default Windows, radio & fan

Hi all, wonder if you can help me with an electrical problem I seem to have caused.
I have a 07reg 2.5 connie that had the basic radio cassette fitted - the reception was rubbish so I dug out an old pioneer component unit I had with its own amp, still a radio cassette but a good one in its day. It already had an iso connector fitted from a previous install so I thought I'd try it. I plugged it in and it came to life so I was going to neaten the wiring i.e get rid of scotch locks etc.
Now there was a lead still connected to the live (possibly to the amp) that must have touched earth - the unit went off..! no surprise jus a fuse I thought. Now the windows, fan & fan control panel, mirrors and the radio don't work..!
I checked all the fuses both under the bonnet and under the glove box and the only fuse that had blown was a 5A I think No 11 for the mirrors & ATC. but still none of the above are back working.
Does anyone have any ideas to where else I can check, its going to be difficult going to work tomorrow if the screen is iced up.

Thanks Steve
