Thanks will try to Upload something
Glad you can open the document, I couldn't, I blame my aged PC.
Basically I felt it would be real pity not to find a collector or real enthusiast who would like to take over ownership of something rather unusual, collectable you might say. Now I've found out exactly what it is, the last car MGR developed but never launched. I am trying to establish links with SAIC, I am in email contact with them currently to establish similarity of parts etc. I have never managed to get to an event to put the vehicle on display, my greatest regret, but I will put some pictures on the site. I will try to find someone who will recognise the importance of this car, however it will soon dissappear as part of the balance of my ZT260 if I can't which I think would be really sad. This something to be appreciated, perhaps there is a club out there who would value this. Paul |

Here are a couple of views of ZT190 incl Euro 4 Engine
Really hope this works have re-sized pictures. This is what the engine would have looked like if it had gone through the testing during 2005.

ProtoZT - Your car really is an exciting discovery. If I had the funds I'd gladly buy it because of its rarity. I no doubt think it's far more valuable than a regular ZT190 of the same spec.
Can you please tell us the spec level of the car and how many miles it has on the clock. As JohnDotCom suggests, please post a new thread in the "Items for Sale" section as it will draw a lot of attention and I'm sure there will be someone on these forums who will give it a good and deserving home. |

I do like that I must admit.
Not enough in the Club Kitty I think to buy it for a Display Exhibit at Meets. I'd look after it in between of course. |

MG sales in France
There was an interesting documentary on French television yesterday evening about the proposed sale of this car in France, as well as a description of the transferring to China of the tools and production line. The French didn't seem entirely convinced by the first safety/crash test results, but might put the vehicle on sale here in the latter half of 2008.

I quoted the programme because it's pretty rare for French television to mention the subject at all. On a more optimistic note, there are plenty of 75s (and derivatives) in Brittany and the Loire valley region, most in fairly reasonable condition. Let's hope that the French will rise to bait when and the opportunity comes! G |
