Default Lower Engine Mount (Yet again)

Hi All,

Just took out the lower engine mount from my spare 75 cdt as the one on my tourer needs replacing, but found that the spare one is worse than the it was to replace.

I know that powerflex do a replacement bush, but how are you meant to get the original one out?

Do I need to find someone that has a hydraulic press? or is there some other way.

Removed four centres from the lower engine mounts last week took me 10 mins to do all four and today i replaced them with the power flex ones in 10 mins also Arctic.

I am getting these ready for an exchange scheme at the nano to see how they go if much interest i may do the same as the compensators time and cost will tell.

Cut the rubber out then use a hacksaw. Just remove the blade from the frame, insert blade in bush, reassemble hacksaw, then move it fore and aft. Gentle tap with hammer.
