help and advice
HI
just found out the the wife car is not firing on the 3 cylinder had the compression done, its a rover 25 iam i looking at big bucks to repair or another engine? |

depends on why it isnt firing to be honest.
have you checked the obvious? plugs/leads/spark/fuel? |

simple things first , swap a ht lead from number 3 to another clylinder then run car then read with a a code reader to see if the the non firing cylinder changes to another, what was the compression results . engine would be ok if the lowest reading is within 10% of the highest reading.
