The pretensioner power supply lead plugs into the cartridge, these sometimes get changed as a means of fitting a new connector, sometimes they are not plugged in correctly and the 2 tiny pins get bent, or were never plugged in fully during manufacture. These are the most common faults on a pretensioner that has not discharged. To eliminate the pretensioners in one step, remove the seats and fit faultless pretensioners, I have a pair (Not free unfortunately) if you cannot get a pair. hopefully the light will go out.

This fault is intermittant, so the suggestion regarding the plug to the cartridge being dodgy could be true.
As i am up against it timewise, i would be happy to take your pretensioners, and pay you for them. If you pm me a price, i can pay you at meet if we fit them. Matt |
