I tried to feel the dashboard on my car, and it seems quite easy to take off, at least it comes off at least where the speedometer is behind the steering wheel. Do I need to unscrew anything, or is it just to remove with your bare hands?
Mathias, there's a "how to" in one of the forums, put together by one of our members:
"Retro-fitting the real Burr Walnut dash"
http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ead.php?t=1583

I fitted the "walnut dash company" trim a couple of months ago and found it an excellent match. Walnut wasn't an option for the MG, I believe, but the parts catalogue suggests the part numbers are the same except for colour suffix.

Lovely-looking car. I think the grey is the smartest colour, especially for an MG saloon.

You should have gone with a Rover 75 in the first place. Could have saved you a lot of trouble
