Hi Jeff,
Just been for a short drive and sadly still no voice directions.

But I still get that error message when pressing the help button.

Surely this must be a problem with the head unit as I have just loaded a new version of igo8 on a different sd card, and nothing has changed.

Any suggestions please?

Hi Tom,

I would first try a hard reset on the double din.
Disconnect it from the battery for a couple of hours then reboot and see if that gets it going

Just disconnected the battery will retry in a couple of hours.

Hi Jeff,
Things appear to have got worse now.
I cannot get the sat nav to work at all with the new igo8 sd card, and if I put my original card back in we are back to square with the history button blanked out.
Help please?

Hi Tom,

I would suggest the next course of action is to do a firmware update on the unit.
You will need to Pm Sean again and he can email it over to you along with the instructions.
Can't see any other reason as to why you should be having the problems so that would be my suggestion to try next
