2003 Rover 75 CDT ConnoisseurTourer **SOLD**
2003 ROVER 75 CDT. Connoisseur Tourer 2.0 litre 5 door Estate with low mileage of 82k.
BMW diesel engine with XP “135” power upgrade when new. Manual transmission. Full service history (mainly by a BMW specialist) with all invoices and all expenditure, inc fuel since new One “non smoking” owner, from new. Tax & mot to 31st. March 2015. Very reluctant sale, but due to joint problems ( left shoulder and foot! ) I now need an automatic This car has been well looked after and has all the usual Connoisseur comforts and extras. Being a diesel and maybe in one of the best colour combinations – Wedgewood blue /charcoal leather it should appeal if you are looking for a Tourer I’ve seen these advertised by traders at almost £4k for a low mileage good ‘un or at £500 for a non runner for spares, so it is difficult to put a value on it. Asking £1950 o.n.o via Car & Classic advert and in local press , but if sold to a club member, yours for £1750 inc 9 months tax. A great buy for someone reading this. After 11 years use it is not perfect; a few very minor “battle scars” to paint work but nothing really bad and some parts will need to be replaced over the normal course of running during the coming years, EG. CD Changer not working along with cruise control and suspension items will need replacement eventually - POTHOLES!!!!. But it should provide someone with economic and “happy motoring” if they continue to give it the t.l.c. it has had over the past 11 years. Interior as new and the BMW engine should be good for another 100, 000 miles or so, judging by some high mileage examples for sale.!! Personal Reg not for sale and as I have now found a suitable auto replacement I will need to sort out sale soon - but I'm going to miss it. They don't make cars of this quality anymore - no wonder Rover went to the wall! NOW SOLD TO MIKE (mbev51) WHO IT SEEMS HAS BEATEN ME TO IT IN POSTING A "SOLD" NOTICE! . Ray, might help if you put a bit more detail in, such as some interior shots, full specification and so on, I may well be in the market for a tourer!
