I'll talk to myself.. Went to the barn yesterday. Hadn't been in over a month. Started Ronnie first time and drove him into the sunlight. Absolutely filthy so drove over the road to a hand car wash. Back in the barn now all lovely and clean waiting for a new owner .... Or not as the case may be.

Owning a similar spec. car myself, it grieves me that such a superb car, offered for next to nothing, has no takers.
I just don't understand it. Maybe, it is because nearly all of us on here already own our own pride and joy! Anyway, good luck with the sale Stu!

That's very true bob. I think I may end up keeping it as a spare car or as a future classic. Anyway thanks for replying as I was feeling lonely lol

Lovely motor Stu, but as said above, perhaps everyone's sorted here.
I got no takers for mine on here either. |

i wouldnt want you to be completely on your own, so could you tell me more about the work the car needs doing to bring it up to 100%?
i am interested as im looking for first 75, i dont mind some work and it would be good to be able to do it myself. i am not experienced with working on cars but i do work in an engineering position. would you also be able to say more in general about the car and its history please? |

Hi
The car was bought as part of a package from a garage that was closing down by a member on here (corin messenger) a few years ago. It was checked over and discovered the clutch was new and the car was then sold to a forum member who I bought it from. I've actually bought the car three times now and kids call it the boomerang car. The engine was replaced about 3-6 months ago by Andy (shiner) on the forum. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410044738.199010.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1410044757.959693.jpg When the engine was replaced all the belts etc were done at the same time. As I said there are a couple if minor things that'll need doing. Drop links Water leak in passenger footwell Rear seat not folding down. For more engine and clutch info please message Andy (shiner) who literally knows the car I side out.
