An app for radio is Internet radio not DAB. A tab cannot tune into DAB.

DAB is just a way of broadcasting. Streaming over the internet is another. No such thing as a "DAB station"

Absolute radio is also broadcast on good old analogue FM and MW.

So all the stations you get on a dab radio, you can get how exactly?

I see that absolute radio is broadcast on an fm signal in London and transmitted to dab digitally for the rest of the UK.

All I am saying is you can listen to these dab stations or transmissions on my nexus 7 Tablet Install using tunein radio app.
