Right, time to update this, apologies for the thread going cold! Been away for a few days so only just catching up on things.

As of next week, the car will come with a full years MOT.

I will be giving it another clean up to finish a few bit's that I didn't have time to do the first time round.

I have come across a timing belt kit, aux belt and pollen filter that I will throw in with the sale.

I will no longer be selling the car with leather seats so will come with the original sandstone cloth ones currently fitted.

Given the cars low mileage, overall condition and the fact that it will be sold with a years MOT, the asking price is £795.

I'd love to hear peoples feedback and thoughts on this, I've had a fair bit of interest on here and on other sites, but as yet nobody has parted with any cash!

I'll give it a little bit longer on here then pop it on eBay for £995.

Another little bump on this, would welcome any input from members regarding anything to do with the sale such as price.

Will be putting on eBay over the next couple of days.

Now has a full years MOT on her

Could a mod please amend the title to remove the 'testing the water' part and replace with the asking price of £795?

I can confirm that this is a stunning example, saw it last week when collecting some parts from Tom.

Have now changed my eBay listing to an auction with a £500 start and no reserve, if someone here wants to give me sensible money for it they can come and take it away, it's taking up room and stopping me from buying more breakers!

Whoever buys this will be very proud of such a beauty, a stunning car at silly £.
