I would have thought a junior hacksaw with the blade taken out would not cut to well!

Thank Christ I have a facelift with the lock in the boot.

****** stupid idea not to have a physical way to open it with the battery in the boot.

Stupid Rover.

We were called to a dead V8 couple of years ago which had been deadlocked so no access to interior, boot or bonnet area.

Had to get underneath, jabbed my sharp meter lead into the red pos lead running along floor pan and used the exhaust as ground.
My trusty Sealey Booster pack then put enough juice in to fire the door solenoids open
