Symphony Radio
I recently purchased a "Symphony" radio from E bay to replace the "Harmony" one fitted to my Classic SE. It worked perfectly until the car moved then a "phone mute" appeared on the screen and the radio went silent, I tried pushing every button including the "tel" button but to no avail, I do not have a car phone and I never will. Even with the ignition off, I turned the radio on, everything fine, as soon as I released the hand brake, the instant the car moved, off went the radio and on came the message. Any way I can sort this?

Hi. I had the same thing happen but it was a while ago. What I did was to post on the "ICE" forum and I soon got enough info to put it right. Steve
Try this link. Not all the pics are there but look for the post by duotone. http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...d.php?t=210840 Last edited by Salad-Dodger; 26th January 2016 at 15:49.. |

Remove (and isolate) any cable in pin 1 of the power ISO connector, the Symphony uses that for the mute input from a fitted car kit.
