Headgasket claims (money back)
evening all, I am pretty sure I read an advert a while ago from a solicitors about claiming money back for MG Rover vehicles which have suffered HGF.
does anybody know if this can still be claimed and which company is it through? and has anybody claimed for it? my headgasket went a few months ago and I can safely say it was the factory fitted one as the car had only 31000 miles from new. I have the receipt from an X Part service centre which carried out the work for about £330. this is probably not true but it would be nice to claim the money back if possible thanks in advance

I would think that all our vehicles are well out of warranty by now.

I believe there was a class action many years ago.
Didn't come to anything though, and who would you claim from now that MG Rover are no more? |

If you're looking for a claim against MG Rover, you'll have no chance. All assets of the company have long been since divided up.
