It's running the MyGiyca media centre which gives you a version of kodi 17.1 which can be used on older boxes using Android 4.4 and below. I've loaded Placenta, Neptune Rising and BBC I player on to it, and it is just about watchable with low resolution content. My below 2Mbps internet connection doesn't help matters either...........the delights of rural living I'm also using Nordvpn.

I've got a new kodi box on order, and decided to go for the T95Z Plus with 3gb - hopefully that'll improve matters slightly.

Glad to hear it.

The MXIII has served me very well over the years. The first "upgrade" I bought to replace it was an OTT box which used to constantly overheat (ended up being launched into space one evening when I'd had enough of it). I then replaced it with an MX9 Pro which gave up the ghost earlier this week. It had been nothing but trouble from day 1.

Fingers crossed the T95Z gives me as good a service as old faithful did/does.

I also have IPTV with a service provider i can't mention. Thousands of channels including all the 3pm kick offs live.
