Default MG ZT MK2 lip spoiler - fixings

Just a quick question. What sort of fixings are the two centre ones that secure through the number plate lamp and into the spoiler? I had two flanged nuts on the outers, the inner ones were also flanged nuts but unscrewed with studs.

I'm investigating the number plate lamp on mine and it fell to bits when I removed it, I've ordered a new one but on investigation it seems that some sort of repair has been carried out on the rear of the spoiler to the two inner most fixings such that parts of the number plate light have had to be cut away to make it fit which has weakened it.

Not sure at the moment whether to solder up and stick the old number plate lamp back together or does any have a Firefrost lip spoiler?
