V6 : a destroyed plug and its damaged coil
Why such a mess when the other two are still in pretty good nick after 24 years?
They are the genuine BREMI ones. Found as such while swapping the spark plugs.

Had a coil fail in a Rover 25 K series engine due to short on the switched earth side. The cable had rubbed through round the back of the block. Constant firing overheated the coil, and the replacement new one that the AA man fitted too.
