Hi there.
Yours will therefore be like mine. Mine is a Feb 2004 registered car and my VIN number shows it was built just over 800 cars before they started the facelifts. If you check your VIN number you will be able to find how close to the changeover it was. There is always likely to be "old" models left to be registered when a replacement is launched, yours will simply have been one of them. HTH Derek

Chassis number is also on the B post (passenger side) on the metal plate along with your trim code.
