As a rule of thumb how long do thermostats last in terms of years or should it be judged in miles ? I ask because I don't have trip computer on my car so without a T4 session is there any other way to check temperature ? Mike |

Hi Mike
All of our cars have a trip reset in between the rev counter & speedo So OBD checks can be done on all models. There isn't a life to Thermostats! They either last 6 months or 10 years plus.............luck of the draw in my experience

Jules, you can provisonally reserve one for me while I have a quick look at finances and play around with dash diagnostics? Car is drinking diesel like a pig and taking 10miles to get fully up to temp.
