As for the oil cooler radiator not being in the way.. The same thing happened when the diesel auto was introduced in 2001. The front fog lamps were not fitted due to pipework being in the way. In 2002 the pipework was moved but a small number of diesel autos left Longbridge with the pipework moved but still no foglamps fitted.. Dave T |

Do you have a sticker like the one in this picture fitted to the drivers door pillar showing the model of your 75.. Dave T |

The big clue Guys is whether your front wheel arch has a fluted vent just below the headlamp hatch.
LH on Early Diesel Auto RH on Early 1.8 Autos If no vents, then your Auto Car is fitted with the later type cooler which is no where near the front bumper. The later design cooler is rearward of the main radiator (seen in lower front of engine bay and relies on Main Radiator cooling fan instead of it's own) Are people saying that they have successfully fitted fog lamps to Cars with early styled coolers with no fowling, as i didn't think this was possible.

It has Smartnav and the Blaupunkt CD /Radio. No multichanger. Maybe these items were subject to the "build your own" option by the buyers? Peter Barnowlnoddy |
