Default Sugarsink giudance please

Hi, I am trying to download some lost Primo files from Tony's shared files on Sugarsink.

Everything is set up, my computer, shows on the file manager page etc. I can find and access Ton'y files and tick the ones I need.

How do I now get them onto my computer. ?? I have done it before, but alas not this weekend.

I tried to "download" them onto my drive, but after 12 hrs, I relized, that that will not work.

What am I missing ??

Thanks

Craig

Hi Andy, for soem reason the "content" file was empty. I tried as said, selecting and downloading to my C drive. This just took too long.

I have now tried opening the shared file, selecting all and dragging it into my briefcase, in sugarsik. This is working but also taking a long time. I thoiught that the whole idea with SS was to stop these long downloads-I'm talking 24 hour stuff here ??

Got it working at long last, simply by dropping and dragging it into "my briecase" and waiting nearly 24hrs for it to sink ??

Anyway all the files are there and it loaded, and ran.

I have now got 3 folders on a 8Gb card- IGO8 that I know works
primo with all the files/maps , and a Primo file without all the extra cars, voices and eastern block maps. I also removed the TMC from the sys file, and the dll files.

Not that I think it makes a difference, but I also unzipped the 2 zipped files, and it may now run faster.

Anyway it took a lot of headscratching and time, but was worth the effort.
A truly wonderfull package-Hardware and software.

Thank for the help.

Craig
