Now if only they'd said:

2002 52 Rover 45 SPIRIT TD 5 Door £4495

Then it would all make sense (except for the price which they'll surely never get)

Rover 45 Spirit was a special edition version of the 45

Probably a mistake or might be a 'Dealer's' special edition. Dealers sometimes do this on 'stock' cars which they can't shift - they put on a few extra's and stick a special sticker on the back and sell it as a limited edition exclusive to their dealership.
