Hi Rich, likewise for us, but under more pleasant circumstances, talk to you soon, please introduce yourselves as I am terrible with putting names to faces.

All the best.

Hi Stu, please put me down for this; it will be my first MGR meet so looking forward to meeting folks. How about we all wear name badges with avatar and real names on? Can I park mine around the back until I have checked if it will let the side down? (Wink)

Default Walworth Castle

Just an update for those that attending the event at Walworth Castle on Sunday 18 March 2018.

I have been in contact with Walworth today and it is now 100% confirmed that this will happen. We will either be parked on the gravel if the weather is inclement or on the grassed area if the weather is warm.

I have arranged having a one course carvery lunch on the day, rather than the pork sandwich, and their will be two sittings for the meal, one starting at 1215 hrs and one at 1310 hrs, and one the day when I give out the meal vouchers their will be a time on the ticket, there will be approximately 25 members per sitting, and that includes members of Durham MG Club, so I will try my best and have the Durham MG Club go first, and then our group next, so that we all sit together.

On arrival at the venue from 1000 hrs onwards, members will be directed to the parking area, and then can you please come and see me and pay for the meal, and then I will give you an envelope with your documents for the day, windscreen pass, voting form, and meal ticket.

Please can you take the time to complete the voting form and return to me by no later than 1300 hrs, to enable me to count the votes for the prizes which I will be giving out to those who are judged as winners on the day

Also I will be paying for the meals on 12 March, (around £500) so if you have your name down and do not cancel for whatever reason, then the cost will need to be paid, unless you cancel before close of play 11 March

Really looking forward to the first meet of the year, and hope that you all enjoy the day, as I have put a lot of work into organising this for all of us.

Just as a reminder, if anybody else would like to attend and your name is not on Thread #1, then please let me know by no later than 11 March

and lastly thank you to all members support the event

Regards

Stu
