Thats me as well, also torn by the fact that mine had new standard ones fitted after an accident last year so not faded or anything. As you say at least we will be different

Are these EU marked?

By this I assume you mean are they CE marked? Do they have to be?

All the stuff out of China now seems to have the CE mark on it.
All the HID kits do too.

I would have thought that any third party lighting additions are acceptable as long as they conform to regulations regarding colours and height from ground. Obviously no issues on those scores. CE marked or otherwise.
