I can see certain advantages, particularly to do with releasing stress and having a good vent. My experience of such rooms is that it pays to be thick skinned and not get hurt, because some have old scores to settle and can be quite nasty with it. It could even be a 'no mans land' where the pre-banned are to be sent to see if they are able to make change.....oh! oh! perhaps that is too far fetched.

I can't see any of the mods stepping up to supervise, as they have more than enough on their plate. I can't see this going anywhere. On the other hand it might work if the mods were excluded.
