Morning all - a dark, dismal cold day here - again. After an energetic (!) haircut yesterday, I think I should take things easy today.
I can't wait for Wednesday when Jeff reveals his secret (pervert!) - I think he's sold all his worldly possessions, bought a 60' yacht, and is off on a round the world adventure

Morning Derek - it's not frosty up here - it's more of a damp, dank cold - makes the joints feel reluctant to bend

Well, seen the vet and he's decided not to take me behind the surgery and shoot me! One blood test result still to come back but overall there's nothing to get all that concerned about. Some evidence of fat around the liver but not to a level that needs anything done about it.

I've to take another break from the statin, side effects (muscle and joint stiffness) are creeping up on me again. Says some people are genetically predisposed not to get along with statins, think I come into that category.
