Gerry, I am so impressed with the V8 Coupe, you have captured the feeling of the car really well. It was a real quick project, like yours it was all done in steel on a very limited budget. The interior was a little bit over the top but since it was to be presented to Chinese top-brass it seemed appropriate. Kevin Howe, always a man of great taste and style, insisted on the Rover V8 grille despite us proposing a much better concept. Perhapa the facelift MG ZT version wouls have been better. I should put together a story for the Forum or maybe post an article on my facebook blog site at - https://www.facebook.com/PeterStevensDesign

Anyway, many congratulations on the project!

Peter

Dear Santa. For Christmas I would like.........

That looks really good. It's pants that the factory didn't build these. The BMW kink in the rear side window is interesting. Lovely job.

Thanks very much for the side by side pictures. I agree!

On a practical note, with the slimmer c pillars, visibility will be better and to my eye it looks better too.

Excellent work, looking forward to seeing your car parked next to The V8 wide bodied version, Chris is dong at Retro Lifestyles which is coming along nicely 👍
