Been an absolute scorcher today in Gloucestershire. We visited the Slimbridge Wetland Centre to see all the birds - it was fit to set you on fire it was so hot. Called in TESCO on the way back. Bought a litre tub of Neapolitan ice cream - and scoffed the lot

Thoughts and prayers for Derek, we have already lost 2 good members of the zone this year, in the shape of George and Stu. If Derek wasn't to come back, I feel the zone would dwindle away to nothing. It would have no backbone.

oh and Steve s , no you're not the only one who hates Wimbledon.
