Have you checked this area out?
I had a quick look at this area this evening but everything seems OK.

Of course, the problem with a leak (especially in a car) is that it can be very hard to find the actually source.

My car is a facelift so I think there are only 2 drains - the more troublesome one in the middle and the one over the passenger wheelarch.

I was so desperate this evening to find the source of my woes that I poured a jug of water into each area! The water gushed out underneath on both occassions.

Time to reach for the good ol' silicone sealant methinks.

The only real way to simulate the weather of late is a pressure washer dirrected at the suspect areas. Strip down the dashboard as much as you can, sit inside the car with a high-powered torch/light whilst someone aims the pressure washer onto the suspect areas from all angles.

Good idea, Simon, but I think I'll leave the garage take over from now on

I bought the car about a year ago with a 2 year warranty so its their problem now. I was hoping for a quick fix to save me the trip to the garage and the courtesy car!

Sorry I cant be more helpful, but as we all know leaks are a pain to trace unles you are luckily enough to see it happen - which is a nigh-on impossibility in motor vehicles!

Let's hope the garage can sort your car out and get you back on the road in your 75 as quick as possible.

One likely solution is the fact that on all R75s the windscreen is not correctly bonded to the metal...particularly along the bottom edge. This would be my bet for water ingress into the areas described.

Dont want to worry you, but "Water ingress" is often not covered by warranties? Dave

Yes, I've been searching on .org and I came across a several owners who had this problem.

Could be a generic fault on all 75/ZTs?

Uh oh - I'm worried now!

The warranty is a garage warranty - I hope there are not too many exclusions on it.
