i fitted a pair:
http://www.bavariandominator.co.uk/p...ors_123869.cfm

tip, both mine went because the wire had chafed against the wheel rim, they tend to fall out of some daft push fit horseshoe bracket thing so when i refitted them, i cable tied them to the bracket for extra security. Theyve been fine.

Many thanks for the details. The ebay seller is on hols and so have ordered from bavariandominator. Managed to get the car T4'd today at short notice and NSF sensor is showing as faulty, so hopefully this will solve the problem?

Now you have identified which sensor is at fault, it might have been worth your while to just check out the cable under the wing and also tried unplugging/ reconnecting a few times, just to clean up the terminals, on the chance a bit of oxidisation has occurred.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.
