Hi Phil, Looks exactly like my Almond 1972 P6 3500 Auto that I bought at one year old, p/x'd for a 79 3500 SDI in 1981 and regretted it almost right away. In my opinion Rover never got close to the the quality again until the 75 was launched. The P6 is a rare classic now with no mistake, your price is very good as well bearing in mind my P6 I got £995.00 for mine when I bought the SDI, wish you well in selling yours.

Why bid if you have no means of paying?!

i had mine in about 1987.. as i as told after i sold it cheap it was worth a fiar bit more as after the j all the 3500s models was manual mine was auto ,not alot made, best rover to date through was my 620sli full leaher hona engine in it the grathite grey colour and it looked like it had just come out the factory ,dont know why it went up in flames s the fire started by the hand brake

The 3500s is the manual designation.. 3500 is auto.
Maybe the fire started at the cat?
