You'll notice I only don't go to the ones you do go to.

I've had another idea too ...... perhaps you should wear a bell round your neck.

Perhaps bring a friend with a bell so he can follow you around ringing it.

He could get the bloke who walks in front of his car with a red flag to do the bell ringing when he's out of the car.

Read the first post and went no farther.

I suggested this months ago and got shot down in flames. It's completely sensible. Why everyone thought it was a bad idea is besides me. It makes sense, why not.

A lot of us in the North East have had t-shirts made with our user names on them:

There's nothing to stop anyone doing it who wants to but it's hardly something you can make compulsory.

Like many things, if a few start doing it others might follow in time.

EXACTLY Andy. We have it on our T Shirts. I suffer from the initial symptoms of dementure. My memory is terrible when it comes to names. The North East club with names on T Shirts helps immensely. Well done the smart guys in the North East.

I went to the first meet in NE at Durham and suggested this before I went, simply because I didn't know anyone. I'd have loved to have said "so you're..........., I'm Blacknwhite, nice to meet you". Instead of being complete strangers, I'd have "known" them without being able to put a name to the face.

What's the problem????????

They did it in the north east coz only a nutter would go up to a complete stranger up there and introduce themselves

Only joking boys damn good idea At essexbikers we have oversize fleeces that we wear over the leathers, small essexbikers on front, large username on back. works there too.
