A 6 bedroom house just for 2 is a tad too big and it makes sense to downsize. Clearly you are not going to move to a flood plain area. So that leaves certain parts of the UK out. I never understand people who move to the inner cities and will spend a million buying a house which does not even have a garage or a view. Anyway back to you Sean. You talked about selling up last year and moving up to Wales. Wherever you settle, be lucky!
