EXMSRalph - I though as much, you would have thought they would perhaps understand if they reduced the the price of the upgrade to say £100 plus VAT then it would fly out the door. Hey ho.
Anyway at less than £250 (well until the end of the year) I might take you up on that - lets see what the finances are like in the next month. Could you do the upgrade and the SAT NAV bits and pieces in one 30 min session, i.e. is it quick? Stubs |

Still very reasonable though as members have reported to me some Garages charging £60- £80 for a session. We are staying out of the VAT threshold (de registered last year) so all prices quoted on here are inclusive. On another subject: Disadvantage with the larger "chain" outlets, is that the owner is forced to wait in the waiting room. (silly health & safety rules) With us, the owners are encouraged to get involved with the on screen options to ensure the correct requests are carried out.

That's quite an important advantage, Jules. I prefer to see what's going on with my car, too.

I will be reviewing some of our prices in the near future. I've recently revised our head gasket repair and level 2 service prices. |
