Re-seating the door card will not help with door lock/unlock problem as there are in fact two actuators one for lock and one for unlock, the unlock one in driver's lock burns out.!! and you will need to replace the whole unit.!!! Not difficult but not easy either.

Thanks for the advice, where do I get a replacement from? And any part numbers. Just like to get this sorted out, thanks. Any traders on here got the parts needed?

So if the doors will lock but one or more will not unlock using the key fob, then that is indicative of a faulty door actuator which will mean a replacement is required. depending on how mee How to section for fitting.
