This one is actually true because I am involved in defending the case for my employer. A ex member of staff has instigated proceedings for industrial deafness, He claims my employer has contributed toward this. (yet to be proven) However also listed on the documents is every one of his previous employers and his working mens club, where he has been a drummer for the last 25 years. Ahh claims direct?
