Just use a piece of 12mm round bar about 60 my long. Slip it into the hole, slide wheel on and screw a couple of studs in and pull the bar out, simple.

Just ordered one ...
I made one several years ago, I cut the thread part from spare bolt, then welded some rod on it, then ground the weld back to make it smooth.

It is best installed in a hole at the top of the hub, so the wheel hangs down from it, but unless the brake is on, the hub will rotate so it is at the bottom. If on your own, a length of wood wedged between brake pedal and seat base will solve that.

Much easier to locate a wheel, than struggling to lift, turn and locate the first bolt.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Mine arrive today, I am very impressed with quality, I just hope I never need to use one. Thanks, John.
