I believe you did, but I think I also read somewhere, in some motoring mag or other, that Comma didn't make oil for anyone else, as they were building up their reputation? Might have got it wrong, wouldn't surprise me.


(No it wasn't Kellogs and cereals, before someone else suggests that)

The late MGs had "MG Reccommends Mobil 1" Stickers all over it (as well as in the front cover of the handbook) - cynical marketing aside, they surely wouldn't recommend damaging stuff would they? The Rover's also came with "endorsments", but I think it was for a "less premium" brand (but the same producer). Same engines, but different audiences I guess.
