Brian,

I would have a go to help if i was nearer...

An intermittent issue is always difficult to solve !
As the HP pressure is an important info ,try to route a wire
from it to the cabin and watch ?
HP pressure regulator could stick ?

Hi Mike, no strange readings from the HP regulator, current is normal, also the HP rail sensor replaced with a known good one
Blast this infernal car
