Afaik some of the 260's can have issues connecting with T4 let alone an elm327.

The 75 V8 I used to have would connect to an elm327 bluetooth adapter but with limited parameters.

Here's a video I did at the time with torque/elm327 connected to the V8, 30+ seconds in it shows what parameters were available also at 2:20 and then at the end.

Thanks for the info.
Excellent video, I have been using Torque on the TF and found it so good I bought the Pro version, cheap as chips. Much better than ScanXL and the likes.
I had also bought a right angle adapter to eliminate the problem of it catching my leg if left in postion but this new one looks a bit shorter, we'll see.

Received mine today, plugged in, paired with Samsung Galaxy Ace and it's working fine.
Did a scan and no fault codes logged, bonus.
Will have to play a bit now and find out what else it can do.

Default OBDII scanner

How do you pair the plug in unit with the phone/tablet.
Mine is an ASUS android tablet.
