Every month it's something, last week ABS warning light which normally comes and goes stays on, this weekend the heater which you could normally cook toast on went cold.

Another ABS warning light here - came on a couple of weeks ago. Diagnostic indicates a fault with the rear NS sensor, so I got one courtesy of Frazzle at the weekend. Just need to fit it now.
Also, the sidelight (parking light) has gone, as the warning light on the dash informed me. Dipped and full beam are fine though.
Also, my repair on the rear light seals may not have been adequate, as I discovered a small amount of water in the spare wheel well. At least I hope it's the light seals and not e.g. the boot seal, or the fixings for the chrome trim.
Also, I noticed the NS dipped beam on the car mrs andymc drives is out, so will need replacing more urgently.
Also, there's a bit of a rattle/clunk from the front of her car when going over bumpy surfaces. Previously this was found to be merely the result of the front mudguard being partly detached, but now I need to rule out track rod ends. Will have to investigate further.

Hey ho, there's always something. Be nice if it was just one thing though!

Came out to my car a minute ago and found that the drivers door window had dropped at least five inches and am glad no one had decided to force it down and have my radio during the night! My cars still leaking diesel even after I re-clamped the fuel pump which had fallen slightly, so now suspect the pipe work underneath, I believe it was okay until I had the fuel pump replaced! Also to report my battery is on its last legs and needs replacement (I have to jump my car every now and again with the power hippo). Its only a year old and the eBay guy which sold it with a five year guarantee is not retuning my emails to him for replacement! I knew something like this would happen! maybe I will get a spare battery and do a complete charge on the one I've got already.

Is that the switch unit - does it just pop out the dash? I had it replaced a year ago when I bought the car as it had the ERR message and according to the garage it looked like it had simply been swapped out. At least it's something I can do while it's RAINING

on edit - I see according to Haynes it's not as simple as that - so I can't do it while it's raining...
