Obviously an opinion, but a cheaper option to get the same result would be to put cheapy steel rims on and forget the wheeltrims - like so many Astras you see running around. Not a fan, sorry.

See my sig

He he he

Try to keep to OEM though. ( like powerfold bullet mirrors )

My car came as standard with Crown alloys, not my cup of tea and a pain to clean. 18 gridspoke now fitted are rover OEM ( not for my model ) but to me make it look more to my liking.

I'm an inkeeping modder / project drive repairer.

I only fit genuine 75 bits that went missing/quality fell due to project drive to get it back to the standard it should have been and apart from that only fitting some of the original optional extras and invisible performance enhancements.

Although I am toying with the idea of the door finishers as they do look right...

I am more a purist than a modder. I only fit genuine MG & Rover bits. My favourite find to date is my Rover electric coolbag which retailed in the Rover accessories brochure at £135.00! I found one on ebay which I bought for just £16.00 including postage!

I would regard myself as a serious upgrader, only fitting Rover and MG Rover parts.
I have managed to upgade a Connoisseur to a Connoisseur SE.

Not as expensive as upgrading a facelift conoisseur SE to an early pre facelift one!

Slowly working my way through:
Trip Computer
Cruise control
FBH
Decent stereo
Real wood
