Keep it. Peter Best insurance will cover rover 75's as classic when they are 10 years old. Might be worth checking out.....

Yep! with the word CLUB after the 75 bit...... original Cowley beauty. She gots the E/W front and back and has the ATC Automatic Temperature Control (climate control) which I just luv. She has the Harmony Philips 6 speaker radio cassette with CD Multi changer and after market reverse parking aid.

I certainly think she is worth keeping as she is in perfect condition inside and out, I wish she had the message center though......

I was in the same situation about 11 years ago when i sold my A reg silver Capri 2.8 injection . My job came with a van and my wife was scared of the Capri ,especially in the wet , so we bought our first Rover 600 gsi with the intention of keeping the Capri as my weekend car . One day someone asked to buy her and i said yes and watched her drive out of the street forever! After 5 mins i wanted to run after her ! I looked at the money on the table and called it 30 pieces of silver and wanted to cry! I still regret it to this day and want another or my old Capri back ( A484HDC) if you ever see her. To replace her is becoming more expensive by the day so DON'T DO IT you'll have an ache in your heart for years!

Hey! Pete, I've done the same thing with my beloved Capri after nearly 5 years of ownership, this was 15 years ago. My wife fell pregnant with our first child and of course I done the correct thing for a father to be and the Capri had to go.

Really I should of kept the Capri and just purchased a family car back then, thing was folk just expected that the young mans sporty car must go when you become a father, but really its not like that (we can own more than one car). Us fellas can be mature when needed and then play with the boys in our spare time (why don't woman understand that)......
