The socket is on drivers side under the dash.

Early days yet but here is a screenshot of progress so far.
I was hoping to create the dials to match speedo & rev counter and the displays to match IPK but dont think it can be done.
Will play again later.
Off to fit some reversing sensors now.

Has there been any further progress with this at the moment? I think it's absolutely brilliant and would love the app to match the car.

Count me in when it becomes available!

Ordered mine from Amazon £7 with Prime on Saturday (yesterday), delivery due some time Thursday. Got back from Bedford cheering on our rowing club and it was on the door mat waiting for me! Flip, that's good!! Less than 24 hours.

Just got to side-load the droid app onto my Blackberry Z10 and it's good to go.

FWIW - I use an iBolt Dock phone holder. Costs a bit but well worth it.

Right then, where's this luverly socket located then...... ?

(btw, love the dials above, but can you do it with a walnut wallpaper?)

Driver's side, just under and to the right of your right knee. There's a hole for it, but it could have fallen back.

Take a pic of the front pass dash and use it as background. Then you have the walnut background

Default Torque pro on BB Z10

I now have Torque Pro running on my Blackberry Z10.

Had to pay £3.50 but at a tenner for the whole solution is a no-brainer to me. Had issues getting the payment through though. Worth noting that the layout isn't really scaled for a Z10 and it chops the very top off the top row of clocks in landscape mode but Portrait is ok. Exported the default theme to have a play with. It's like a big ini file - "item=value". PIDs are in hex. Now if I can get the clocks widget in white like the image above....

Because my diesel is pre-2004 there's not much in the way of available PIDs but I do get some. The phone paired with the adapter no problem, Torque detected bluetooth was being used, and that was it. Simples!

Haven't played with it much, had it showing real-time data on the way to work. Interesting seeing turbo lag in real time. I now have it set to logging and look forward to seeing what the engine is up to with the limited amount of data I'll get. Better than nowt though. Also found a Walnut image for the background so it's all good!

Yes I did, but I have pretty much everything in the default dial window working ok, so revs, boost, and the phone driven gps stuff but will have a proper play tonight and try your suggestion. Wish my screen was bigger. Hmmm. I feel an Android tab project coming on...

Just got my Bluetooth dongle and paired it to torque lite. Will see what I get back.

Got my adapter last night and had a bit of a play this morning. I too had to change that setting but I still can't get any fuel related readings (mpg etc for 1999 CDTi).

Also, have you had any luck getting MPH on anything?

PS - I also tried some non-torque apps, but neither of the two I tried would connect to the adapter, so I bought the Torque Pro
