Hi Chris, I have made to attempts to up date the information onto the first page of attendants ie colour pearl black and there for two days with out success what am I doing wrong

No you made your changes with no probs - its just that the list that is automatically generated when you update needs to be manually cut and past into the first thread. Our eagle eyed Mod should be fired because he was not sitting on this thread continuously refreshing it to make sure he caught any new attendees or any edits

We will call a board meeting to discuss this very serious dereliction of duty

I would resign over this issue but I really feel the list should be auto generated directly into the first post on this thread and not elsewhere.
I blame the parents.
