I am not promoting the fact that they do this, and really cannot see the point... But to be fair I have declared things in the past and it has not changed my premium, Most notably a Richa Remap on my old 850 T5.. I was amazed when they put no increase on the premium, even though it took it form 240Hp to around 320Hp!!!!!!! lol

I wish you all of best Chris. It is possible to make a profit in that business. Last year, I did up our family home in the UK and it was sold well above market value, so it is possible. It would be a bonus if you could hang onto your Rover in the meantime

a quick update to the sale of my car .... went in to have a chat with the guys at the garage i used to train at , when i went to leave a guy was looking all over the car .i spoke to him about the car and showed him all the extra`s he sat in in and said he would love one of these ,i told him mine was up for sale .he asked how much i said make me an offer ... he said 2800 so having a think and chat with the other half tonight then he is gonna phone me tonight to see if its a goer or not ,so by stuicking it out i have got almost what i wanted for the car .... so a lesson there to all 75 owners dont rush to sell and dont sell too cheaply ... i know my car is a 100% good car so why would i want to rush to get rid of it .... am now looking to stay with rover in a 600 series as to me they was by far the best car rover made bar the 75 .... i see i just missed one in the for sal section but i think it would of been a bit too far to go ..was a fair priceto for the full leathered interior ....

Don't count your chickens... Talking it over with the other half is code for " I'm going to see if I can get a similar car cheaper" Trust me... I'm a car salesman
