Did another power down and power up and all seems to be working.
Hmmm, started the car up to come home from work this morning and the screen was flashing onto reversing camera every few seconds ('no signal warning' kept coming up as it wasnt in reverse) No amount of button pressing would stop it After about 8 minutes it stopped by itself Wasnt a problem before the update so I'll do a re-install today when I get up and see how it goes.

right after doing firmware update the issues have mostly been sorted however im getting a few little niggles left

this morning I started car up , and again the music player started from track one , this happened on 3 restarts , even though moved along and listened to a few songs , does any one eles have this ?

also igo now and again pops up a incomplete zip file error and in the title bar this is saying igo installation !!!!!

these fault only seem to happen after the unit goes to full sleep !

Yippee controls now all working as they should, including short press of volume control brings up the Home page😄😄
One observation however, is I don't think the radio app works as well with the KGL5 MCU.??
Although perhaps is only because I'm testing inside the garage, and perhaps the signal is a little weak, I find that the radio will play for a few minutes, then begin to crackle before going off completely, changing the preset station brings it back, including the just lost station. Also the station identification data missing, suggesting poor signal. However with the KGL version update installed, the radio worked perfectly.
It looks like I may have to choose between good radio reception or controls working.

All seems to be OK.... had zip file error (or something like that) when installing igo... also tts voice doesnt work. Last thing... there seems to be no way to chose which video file to watch... the drop down menu from top of screen highlights but nothing happens. With tts voiceon igo I swapped to standard voice & it works fine... so just have to do without voice instructions with road names... ... with videos, I select folder with videos in it & dont get chance to select which video to watch... it just starts playing first video...?
