Default Electric Memory Seat loom

I came across these looms

are these what I require to retro fix a set of electric memory seats ?

not at all bothered about the heating side just movement

I need to take carpet out any way due to being wet

any pointers what plugs where would be lovely


car is a 2005 zt 190

you only need the standard power seat loom which I think most cars do have...
one of the wires on the loom will be the k-bus... that's how the seat will communicate with the BCU and the IPK for remote control functions and the position beeps...

ooooo so if I just chop the cable and make my own loom then !!! I don't need the remote or the bings


well I might get some one else to mind lol


any one know anyone near by ?

you should not need to, the loom is probably there tucked under the carpet, it is in most of the cars I have seen...

it should be plug and play...

Those looms don't look like the seat looms to me, If yours is a later model the looms should be in place I haven't seen a later one without the full looms yet. Usually it was the earlier models that had separate looms for car types.

It's easy to fit the power to the motors, you can make your own loom to connect to the seats, it's the heating element wiring that is a pain to do. Your loom doesn't look like a seat one to me.

Those looms are most definitely not electric seats looms, you need to look under the seats for a black connector with at least eight connector lugs pics below of our looms Arctic.

Mine is a facelift..... Had to retro fit mine..... could not find the loom....... although I still have a feeling it maybe tucked away some where, but could not see them under the carpet.......
