Default 2/4 solenoid Jatco auto box replace? **SORTED**

Hi guys I wonder if you can help, ive done a search but I can't seem to drop on it , I seem to remember somebody doing a walkthrough with pictures no less about replacing this item can anybody direct me to it at all?

Just completed the job as said quite simple but those 20 bolts get a little wearing!
Car works a treat
